- In case the app does not start, tap the Settings icon from your phone screen.
- From the Settings app, tap Apps. This opens the Apps screen.
- Here, locate and tap the Droplet Lab app. Doing so takes you to the App details screen.
- Tap the Permissions button.
- From the App Permissions screen, make sure that all permissions are allowed.
